Electromechanical Inspector (Quality Control)
Reporting to:
Quality Manager
Main Duties:
- Inspection of manufactured assemblies, PCBs and components, to TMD company standards, drawings and specifications.
- Goods inwards inspection (Electrical/Electronic Components/ Assemblies).
- Maintenance of inspection records and quality systems.
- Provision and collection of data for quality yield analysis
- Photographing all finished products and filing/collating/recording on database.
- Supplier First article inspection on PWB assemblies.
- Carrying out final Quality Inspection and photography of all products.
- Carry out investigations in to manufacturing rejects and customer returns.
- Internal Quality Audits.
- Other quality related activities required by the Equipment Division.
- To comply with the Company Policy on Health and Safety.
- To undertake any other related tasks that may be reasonably requested by the Quality Manager.
Qualifications & Experience:
Full Electro-mechanical Technician?s Certificate (Minimum)
Experience in Electro Mechanical Inspection
Ideally Certified in JIT STD 001C/D
IPC 610 (Essential)
Desirable & Other Qualities
Computer Literate, Excel and Word
Knowledge in testing and inspection of large power supplies, electronic keyboards, PCB?s and electromechanical units.
Proven Track record in similar role
