QA SYSTEMS SENIOR ADMINISTRATOR
Reporting to
Quality Director
Scope
To manage the administration of TMD’s Quality Systems and Documentation in an efficient and cost effective manner.
Main Duties
a) To manage and maintain the Company Documentation Supporting the Quality Management System
b) To represent TMD in matters associated with audit by customer’s Quality Assurance representatives whenever such audits are required.
c) To manage the Internal Audit schedule in accordance with TMD’s ISO 9001:2000 registration.
d) To expedite the progression of changes through the Change Approval system.
e) To assist the Quality Director in the compilation of Quality Management reports and the management of Quality Review meetings with the Board.
f) To maintain in good order the file systems which make available across the Company Intranet important documents from databases related to:
i. Quality Policies and Procedures
ii. Health, Safety, Welfare
iii. Company IP
g) To regularly review and propose updates to the Company Policy Documentation, including the Business Recovery Plan, ensuring these documents are regularly updated to reflect changes in the Company’s organisation and operation.
h) To undertake any other related tasks that may be reasonably requested by the Quality Director
i) To comply with the Company Policy on Health and Safety.
Qualifications & Experience
1. Degree or Equivalent in a relevant subject
2. IRCA Lead Auditor qualification
3. 3-4 years senior administration experience
Desirable other qualities
1. Able to demonstrate good organisational skills
2. Experience in working within an administrator role
3. Previous Quality Methods experience regarding auditing and procedures
4. Strong Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Lotus notes skills
5. Internal auditing experience
Desirable Additional Experience
Experience of administration of ISO Quality standards and procedures
